Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellation will work once Devory offers paid subscriptions. No paid subscriptions exist today.

1. Current status

Devory does not currently offer a paid subscription, so there is nothing to cancel today. This policy is published in advance of commercial launch.

2. How cancellation will work

Once subscriptions launch, Devory intends to let customers cancel a subscription from within their account settings, or by contacting Devory directly if self-service cancellation is not yet available for their plan.

3. When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation is expected to stop future renewal rather than immediately end a subscription part-way through a period you have already paid for, unless you request immediate cancellation.

4. Access through the paid period

Customers who cancel are expected to retain access to paid features through the end of the period already paid for, unless a refund for that period is separately issued under the Refund Policy.

5. Preventing renewal

Cancelling before your next renewal date is intended to prevent further charges. Devory will confirm cancellation so you have a clear record that renewal has been stopped.

6. Data access after cancellation

Cancellation ends paid access but is not automatically the same as deleting your data. Devory intends to give customers a reasonable window to export their projects and data after cancellation before any deletion occurs, with the specific window to be published before billing launches.

7. Cancellation vs. account deletion

Cancelling a paid subscription is distinct from deleting your account entirely. Account deletion removes your account and associated data subject to Devory's data retention practices; cancelling a subscription only stops future billing.

8. Enterprise agreements

Where a signed enterprise agreement includes its own cancellation and offboarding terms, those terms take precedence over this public policy for that customer.
